Psyllium is a soluble fiber that absorbs water improving stool consistency while also lowering LDL cholesterol and reducing post-meal blood sugar spikes. One of the best-supported fiber supplements for digestive and cardiometabolic health.

Typical dose studied: 5–10 g/day increasing gradually to 10–15 g/day
