Knozela

Terms of Service

The agreement governing your use of Knozela
Effective Date: September 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and BP Movement Medicine ("Knozela," "we," "us") governing your use of the Knozela website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Knozela provides personalized wellness recommendations — including supplement, nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, and sleep suggestions — generated from information you provide about yourself, with the assistance of artificial intelligence.

2. Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: Knozela is a wellness and educational tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Recommendations are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, exercise program, or significant dietary change — particularly if you have an existing medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or are under 18.

If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Do not rely on the Service for emergency medical situations. Statements made through the Service have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration; products or approaches discussed are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
  • You agree to provide accurate information, including in your health assessment.
  • Account access is via a one-time link sent to your email; you are responsible for the security of that email account.

4. Membership Tiers & Payment

Free — complete health input and a limited set of personalized recommendations, at no cost. Extended Report — a one-time payment of $15 for a complete report with every applicable recommendation and research citations; a single, non-recurring purchase. Knozela Member — a recurring subscription of $74.99/month providing a complete report with every applicable recommendation, the ability to retake your assessment, included 1-on-1 consult time, Goal Oriented Recipes access, and other membership benefits. The Supplement Guide and Peptides Library are available at no additional cost to any account with a free sign-in. Goal Oriented Recipes is also available as a one-time purchase of $12.99 for accounts that are not Knozela Members.

California residents: the Knozela Member subscription auto-renewal terms, required disclosures, and cancellation method are set out separately at checkout, in compliance with California’s Automatic Renewal Law, in addition to this section.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscription tiers renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. If you cancel a Knozela Member subscription, we will refund a pro-rated amount for the unused portion of your current billing period — except that no refund is issued for a billing period in which you have booked or completed a 1-on-1 consult, since that included consult’s value has already been reserved or delivered. The one-time Extended Report and Goal Oriented Recipes purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased.

Free-tier and Knozela Member accounts may retake the health assessment to generate updated recommendations. The one-time Extended Report tier is a single assessment and report; retaking the assessment requires purchasing another report or upgrading to Knozela Member.

5. Consult Bookings

1-on-1 consult bookings are offered separately from, and not included in, the Free and Extended Report tiers. Knozela Members receive one 1 hour initial consult included at no extra charge one time only, during their first month (first 30 days) as a Knozela Member; this included initial consult is not available after that first month, whether or not it was used. Knozela Members also receive one 30 min check-in included at no extra charge once every rolling 30 days, for as long as the membership continues. Additional consults beyond those included sessions are billed separately at the rates shown at booking.

Paid consult bookings (initial consults, follow-up check-ins, and any consult beyond a Knozela Member’s included sessions) are billed at the time of scheduling. You may cancel a booked consult for a full refund if you do so within 24 hours of booking it. After that 24-hour window, the booking is non-refundable for any reason, including cancellation, rescheduling, or failure to attend.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Provide false information in your health assessment with intent to misuse the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or data without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service’s operation
  • Resell or redistribute recommendations generated by the Service without our written permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its recommendation engine, content, and design, is owned by Knozela. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNOZELA AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. KNOZELA’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KNOZELA IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $100.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain damages or the limitation of liability for personal injury caused by negligence, so some or all of the exclusions and limitations in this Section may not apply to you. Nothing in this Section limits Knozela’s liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knozela from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except that the arbitrability and enforcement of this Section 12 are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16).

(a) Agreement to Arbitrate. You and Knozela agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service — including disputes about the scope, interpretation, or enforceability of this arbitration agreement itself — will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except as set out below.

(b) YOU AND KNOZELA EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party bringing a claim, may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding.

(c) Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration if the claim qualifies. This Section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property, or from filing a complaint with a government agency such as the Federal Trade Commission or a state attorney general.

(d) 30-Day Opt-Out. You may opt out of this entire Section 12(a)–(c) (arbitration and the associated class-action waiver) by sending written notice to admin@knozela.com within 30 days of first creating your Knozela account, or within 30 days of any future update to this Section, whichever is later, stating your name, account email, and that you opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, disputes will instead be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and this Section 12(d) does not otherwise limit either party’s rights or remedies under applicable law. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

(e) Severability. If the class-action, class-arbitration, and representative-proceeding waiver in Section 12(b) is found unenforceable as applied to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) will proceed in court rather than arbitration, while the remainder of this Section 12 remains in effect for all other claims.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Disclosure

Some pages, including the Supplement Guide and your personalized results, include "Where to Buy" links to Amazon.com and other third-party retailers. Some of these are affiliate links, including through the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program — an affiliate advertising program designed to let sites earn fees by linking to Amazon.com — and Knozela may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through them, at no additional cost to you. A small number of these links point to Evident Elements, a product line under common ownership with Knozela; that relationship is separately disclosed wherever those specific products are recommended.

Knozela does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, pricing, availability, or business practices of any third-party retailer’s website. A purchase you make through a Where to Buy link is a transaction between you and that retailer, not with Knozela, and is subject to that retailer’s own terms, privacy practices, and policies. Product recommendations reflect Knozela’s own editorial judgment about quality and value, not a guarantee of price, availability, or suitability for your specific situation.
