Important information about Knozela's personalized wellness guidance
Effective Date: September 20, 2026

1. How Knozela Uses AI

Knozela uses artificial intelligence to help analyze information you provide and identify, organize, and present applicable wellness information and recommendations from Knozela’s pre-developed databases, rules, and educational content. The AI is not intended to independently invent medical treatments, diagnose conditions, or prescribe care.

2. AI and Automated Systems Can Make Mistakes

Automated systems and artificial intelligence can make mistakes. Information may be incomplete, incorrectly matched, outdated, or inappropriate for circumstances Knozela does not know about. Safety screening is designed to reduce risk but cannot identify every possible contraindication, interaction, allergy, medical condition, or individual circumstance.

3. Wellness and Education — Not Medical Care

Knozela is a wellness and educational service, not a healthcare provider. Its recommendations, scores, explanations, databases, research summaries, and other content do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or medical monitoring.

4. Health Information Is Used for Safety and Education

Biomarkers, medications, medical conditions, allergies, symptoms, and other health-history information do not positively trigger or independently generate wellness recommendations. Knozela may use those inputs to exclude potentially inappropriate recommendations and to provide relevant educational information.

For example, an entered biomarker value may result in an educational explanation of the biomarker and related published research, but the value itself does not cause Knozela to recommend an intervention intended to change that biomarker.

5. User-Entered Biomarker and Wearable Information

Biomarker and wearable information is voluntarily entered by users and is provided for educational, safety-screening, and wellness context. Knozela does not currently connect directly to wearable devices. User-entered values may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or affected by measurement limitations and should not be treated as a diagnosis or substitute for professional interpretation.

6. Supplements, Nutrition, Exercise and Peptides

Information concerning supplements, nutrition, exercise, meals, or peptides is educational and does not mean a particular product, substance, diet, exercise, or peptide is safe or appropriate for you. The Peptides Library is a research-reference resource and does not prescribe peptides, recommend individualized dosing, or direct users to obtain or use investigational, prescription-only, compounded, or unapproved substances.

7. Coaching

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Knozela coaching is wellness, movement, fitness, exercise, or lifestyle coaching and does not create a physician-patient, dietitian-patient, therapist-patient, or other licensed healthcare provider-patient relationship.

8. Seek Professional Care When Appropriate

Do not start or stop medication or medical treatment based on Knozela. Consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional for medical questions, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, pregnancy-related care, medical nutrition therapy, or interpretation of laboratory results.

Never delay or avoid professional medical care because of information provided by Knozela. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency care immediately.
