Wellness uses some people report: 'growing new mitochondria' and general anti-aging. This is anecdotal, and there isn't strong clinical evidence that it works for everyone. PQQ is a redox-active compound that may support mitochondrial function and reduce oxidative stress. Early human studies suggest potential benefits for fatigue and cognitive function, but evidence remains limited compared with more established supplements.
