What is it? / Overview
Myo-inositol functions as an intracellular signaling molecule involved in insulin action. In women with PCOS it can improve insulin sensitivity, menstrual regularity, and ovulation with a favorable safety profile.

Typical dose studied: 2 g twice daily (4 g/day total)
