What is it? / Overview
Citrus bergamot contains flavonoids that appear to reduce cholesterol synthesis while improving lipid metabolism. Clinical trials demonstrate modest reductions in LDL cholesterol and triglycerides making it one of the more promising botanical supplements for dyslipidemia.
