Wellness uses some people report: heavy metal detox support. This is anecdotal, and there isn't strong clinical evidence that it works for everyone. Chlorella is a freshwater algae rich in protein, carotenoids, and micronutrients. Human studies suggest small improvements in lipid metabolism and antioxidant status, though evidence is less consistent than for spirulina.
